Earlier this year I had the unique opportunity to tour India.  India is a country with a resplendent history of opulence and wealth that has over the centuries become one of the world's poorest and over-populated countries.  I came away from this trip with not only a broadened perception of community but a feeling of responsibility for the children in need of food, clothing and education that I met every day.

World Vision is a charitable organization that allows you to sponsor a child in countries such as India.  The cost of sponsoring a child is only $22 per month.  Because World Vision is supported by a separate budget, the entire $22 goes to your sponsored child's needs.  A typical family in rural India is surviving on less than this amount for an entire month.

I encourage you to sponsor a child through World Vision. For the cost of about $22 per month an Indian child can be fed, clothed and educated. You can reach World Vision at:

World Vision Inc., mail stop 207
P.O. Box 9716
Federal Way, WA 98063-9716

Or www.worldvision.org

The entire proceeds from the sale of this CD are donated to World Vision to aid children in India.
